MMG Management Consulting establishes Strategic Advisory Board
MMG Management Consulting is pleased to announce the establishment of its Strategic Advisory Board. Prof. Dr. Jorge Yzaguirre and Yohan Bräunling are joining MMG as Strategic Advisors.
Christian Bosshard
Jorge Yzaguirre brings more than 35 years of experience in European financial markets. He has held senior leadership roles at Bolsa de Madrid, MEFF, BME Renta Fija and EuroCTP, serves on the board of the Federation of European Securities Exchanges, and teaches finance at leading universities in Madrid.
Yohan Bräunling brings more than 30 years of experience in building and leading professional services businesses in Switzerland. He founded MMG in 2012, previously held leadership roles at UBS and PwC, and most recently served as Chairman and CEO of RM Group through to its successful sale in 2026.
The Strategic Advisory Board supports MMG's leadership team with an independent, outside-in perspective on the firm's direction and key decisions. Sometimes the most valuable contribution to a difficult question is someone who has seen it before, challenges your thinking and brings a different view. That is exactly what Jorge and Yohan bring to MMG.
