Yohan Bräunling

Yohan Bräunling

Yohan Bräunling has more than 30 years of experience building and leading professional services businesses in Switzerland. He founded MMG Management Consulting in 2012 and led the development and growth of the firm until 2022, when he handed over leadership to the current partnership. In parallel, he served as Chairman of the Board of RM Group, a leading independent Swiss IT contractor agency, and as CEO from 2020 until its successful sale in 2026. Previously, Yohan was a Managing Director at UBS and a Partner at PwC. He built his first company, b&m management, from the ground up into a leading Swiss financial services consulting boutique with 50 consultants before successfully selling the business to PwC. Yohan holds an M.Eng. from the University of Oxford.

Prof. Dr. Jorge Yzaguirre

Jorge Yzaguirre has been working in the European financial sector for the last 35 years. He has served as President of Euro CTP, the company selected by ESMA to provide the consolidated tape for equities and ETFs in Europe. He has served for more than six years as CEO of Bolsa de Madrid and Chairman of the Spanish derivatives market (MEFF) and the fixed income market (BME Renta Fija). He joined the Board of the Federation of European Securities Exchanges (FESE) and chaired the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts. Jorge teaches finance at leading universities in Madrid (UC3M, UPM, CUNEF, UCM) and is a Senior Advisor at Market Portfolio Asset Management.
