Based on the client’s accounts payable data and internal benchmarks, MMG determines the savings potential of the indirect procurement categories. The categories to be worked on are selected and prioritized together with the client’s stakeholders then subsequently addressed as mostly independent project modules. The actual sourcing task starts with the distribution of an RfP where bids are being solicitated from potential suppliers and then assessed.
